Our factories are in Korea and China, and we produce our standard products
in very high quantities. We are less expensive than any comparable product
produced domestically.

Quality.
We have made special efforts to institute quality control programs. We
have special teams in our factory to insure that specifications are met
on every product and we give a 100% guarantee on quality and adherence
to your specifications.

Delivery.
With our Quickship Program, we will ship your order within 48 hours or
sooner.
4.
Service.
We have set up an organization that is ready, willing and able to work
with our customers to give them, the type of service that is needed to
get the job done. When you call or fax Actionrack, you will receive immediate
attention. If a same day or next day shipment is needed for your program?.
You will get it. If a quotation is required, you should have it within
several hours. In special situations, where we want to confer and get you
a special price from our factory, it may take 24 hours. The point is, we
will respond quickly and effectively.

Custom Projects.
One of the advantages that we give to you, that sets us apart from other
people selling just stock products, is our ability to work with clients
on custom products. From the design of a new type rack to a special bracket
in a special finish, we treat every project, large or small with the same
enthusiasm and interest. We have many years of retail and manufacturing
experience at your disposal, and the products we to develop with you, will
be right for the job. In addition, we produce custom wood units, Including
multi-tier tables, counters, cash wraps and showcases in our New York factory
at exceptional prices.

Samples.
When we receive an order to produce a new product to your specifications,
it has been our policy, to give you a sample for approval. We do this to
insure that you receive exactly what you are expecting . There will be
many products that you currently purchase, where you can send us a sample
for pricing. In those cases, we will guarantee exact reproduction. Even
with these clearly identifiable products, we will often submit a sample
prior to production.
7.
Prototypes.
You cannot be in the custom store fixture business without being willing
to produce prototypes. We will be glad to work with you on any special
project. We have a special sample shop in New York that can produce either
a wood or metal sample in the required time.
8.
Intangibles.
There are certain benefits that working with Actionrack will bring you,
however, you will only come to learn those, after we work together. Many
of our customers tell us we feel more like partners than suppliers. We
are always looking after your interests and the interests of your customers.
We will try in every way possible to help you make the sale. If it means
staying till 10p.m. waiting for a truck, or working on weekends, to meet
a delivery date that we promised you, so that you could get the job, you
could be assured that is the type of company we are.
We are more than willing to work on a stock order basis. We will work with
you to project your needs and then inventory the goods until they are needed.
